Emergency Storm Services
Pro Custom Service techs are on call 24hrs to respond for any emergency storm services! From board ups to sand bags we are here to ensure your property makes it safely through the disaster. Call us to get onto our hurricane season list to ensure services are available to you due to storm work order volumes we receive during disasters.

Is your company licensed and/or insured?
Yes, all of our skilled tradesmen and associates hold proper licensing and are experienced in their trade. Pro Custom Service is also a fully insured and bonded organization.

How long does a typical construction project take?
Length varies with scope and scale of each individual project.
How are projects paid for?
A 50% deposit is required to schedule the start date. Remaining balance plus any change orders due on day of final walk. Clients are able to make online payments through our electronic invoices sent via email.
Do you have your own crews or do you hire subcontractors?
Pro Custom Service works day to day with our crews and internal team. We also utilize our approved subcontractors to assist when necessary.
Who is responsible for pulling permits?
Your project manager will make sure necessary permits are pulled.

What is your primary service area?
Cypress, Northwest Houston, and surrounding counties.
Do you offer any warranties on the work you do?
Minimum 1 year warranty on all projects. Many projects possess far longer warranties.
Do you offer tearout/dry out services? Also, can you handle the post disaster reconstruction?
Yes, we are available for emergency response services such as water damage and natural disasters. The Pro Custom Service team is here for you from the date of loss through the reconstruction of your property. There with you every step of the way!
